This festival is absolutely unique and enjoyable. The performers in the festival wears colorful costumes, rice field crops and others dresses in a bird costumes which made other people dance along with them. The Tawo-Tawo festival in Bayawan is celebrated in the 18th of February. It marks another season of bountiful harvest in the city. It's a thanksgiving celebration in honor of Santo Tomas Villanueva.
